Story

Filming this waterfront home gave us the opportunity to explore the seamless integration of architecture and its coastal setting. The layout, centered around a core with two distinct wings, balances formal living with relaxed family spaces.

With every room oriented toward the water, the home fosters a strong connection to its surroundings while providing adaptable areas suited to changing weather. Throughout the project, we sought to showcase both the architectural character and the home’s harmonious relationship with the environment.

Textured blockwork meets vibrant personality and waterside calm, creating a home that is as bold as it is inviting
